Find answers to the most common questions
You need to create an account before enrolling in a course. Click on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top left of the Store screen. From the menu, click on the Login/Register button. Then click on Sign Up. Enter your email ID and password to register an account.
Once you have purchased a course, it will be added to your My Dashboard section. Click on My Dashboard, then tap on the course image to start watching.
Click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen to reset your password. A new password will be sent to your registered email address. Try logging in with the new password. If the issue still persists, please drop a WhatsApp message to 9870129055 with your email ID and issue details.
